As a food and beverage manager, Lout oversees club food and beverage operations, which includes a la carte dining, special events and business meetings.
Lout’s mission is to provide complete customer satisfaction by ensuring fast, efficient and courteous service to each and every customer.
Lout understands that teamwork and mutual respect is essential in creating a healthy work environment for all employees. He has enjoyed his many years in the hospitality industry including, a food and beverage manager at Penne Restaurant and Wine Bar at University City and a manager at the Italian Bistro at Center City.
A graduate of Drexel University, Lout is also fluent in French, Arabic and English.
He resides in Philadelphia with his wife and daughter.
