Ed Vadden |
Executive Chef Ed Vadden has been an outstanding addition to The ACE Club management team. Ed oversees all culinary operations and dining services at The ACE Club including menu development, service standards, wine pairings and food preparation.
Educated at Johnson & Wales University, Ed's prior experience includes working at some of the region's most prestigious restaurants including Penne at the Inn at Penn, the Paris Bar and Grill at the Ritz Carlton, the Fountain Restaurant at the Four Seasons, and Brasserie Perrier. He is the 2006 Philly Cooks "Dish of the Year" winner, and is a frequent guest speaker at the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College and Lincoln High School. Ed also holds guest chef positions at Drexel University and Neumann College.
Ed resides with his wife in Ridley Park, PA.
